• Ensure ISO 45001 is integrated into all facet of our businesses.

• Eliminate or minimise all workplace hazards and risks as far is reasonably practicable.

• Provide information, instruction, and training to enable all workers to work safely.

• Provide an effective and accessible safety management system for all employees and others to guide safe work in all workplaces.

• The reporting of incidents in accordance with statutory & regulatory obligations and internal policy requirements so that the action can be taken to manage the incident, prevent further incidents, and provide support where required.

• Ensure "Zero Tolerance" of Betel nut, Alcohol, Marijuana and/or any other form of drugs that is categorized as illegal under the constitution of Papua New Guinea.

• Ensure that "Incident-Free" working environment for our employees, stakeholders, and the surrounding community.

• Ensure dangerous substances are stored, used, and disposed of in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.

• Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety.

• Ensure rescue management plan is in place in case of emergency.

This Work Health & Safety Policy applies to all employees and stakeholders of ATMI Engineering Limited. Violation of the policy may result in employment/contract termination. All employees and stakeholders of ATMI is responsible for their own health, safety, and wellbeing in the workplaces. This policy will be reviewed and updated from time to time.
